    Alis Decking Oil used on all external timbers. Mainly spotted gum treated with the Oak stain, still allowing the beautiful colour variations to show through yet offers protection and ease of rejuvenation.

    After building construction was complete, the Jarrah deck was cleaned with a high pressure cleaner, allowed to thoroughly dry and then treated with the Livos decking oil in teak stain.
